The Electronic Recruitment System Administrator will be responsible for system data validation to maintain accurate system outputs while providing a single point of contact for high level support enquiries. Reporting to the Program Manager, the role will update and maintain system user data on a daily basis to ensure users are assigned to appropriate roles and permissions. This will involve the running of reports to capture and assign new users and update of existing registered users. This role will also provide high level administrative support, as necessary, to all Customer Health Services transitioned to the system and liaising with the vendor for system issues to agreed protocols. The System Manager/Administrator will develop, maintain and review monitoring systems to evaluate the effectiveness of the RMS functionality.
